If the O2 sensor harnesses have come into contact with the header tubes, and grounded out, it may have blown the “ Sensor” fuse under the hood next to the drivers side wheel well.
I’ve seen this before, and ditto on the extenders, front sensors harnesses are no where near ling enough.
