You should use a meter to check the integrity of the wires. You can also check the resistance of the injectors (should be ~12 ohms). I would suspect something in the PCM last.

all pink wires have 12v, and all injectors have 12.8 ohms. So i pulled my wire harness out and seperated all of the injector wires from the harness to further inspect cracks or slices in the wire and everything looks good.

Did you meter all the ground wires going back the PCM? (test continuity with PCM unplugged and meter leads at PCM connector and injector connector)

I always use a Fluke 98A digital storage lab 'scope to check the wave form. Check a couple of good ones for a reference. Back probe the ground side and ground the 'scope's ground lead to Batt -.

I've never used one before and they seem to be pretty expensive. is there any other test I can do to the wiring harness? I think its one of my injector pig tales that are messed up
