Default New Wheel Combo

Well shes dirty, she just got rolled out of the garage.
Trans is still not back in.
Have to do BFH for the slicks out back.
Might have to do some trimming.

Who is running 28in slicks? Anyone got pictures of exactly what needs to be cut?

How wide are the wheels?

I ran a 28" tire on 15x8, just had to roll the fender lip because it was cutting the tire. Made a small cut along the paint so it wouldn't crack, then had some friends weigh down the rear while we rolled a baseball bat at an angle between the wheel well and tire.

depending on how wide the tire is lots of bfh, roll fender lip, and rear lower control arm will help.

The wheels are 10". Doesn't look like I need to roll the fender as my BS is 7.5". I did BFH fender wheel today no more rubbing. Have about 1/2" in front and 3/4" in the rear. So I think I am going to get adjustable LCAs (Have non right now) and kick the axle back a little bit and trim the bumper.

Im running 275/60's on the rear of mine, double adjustable LCA's and I used a BFH mod on the inside, where the bumpstop used to be. I have about a thumb width, front and back.

Mine is about 1/2in front and 3/4in rear.

Radials don't expand like slicks do at speeds.

Car in my avatar, have 28x10.5 slicks. Slight BFH massage on the inner fender, roll the lip on the fender well, worked like a champ. The rule I follow is if you can stick your thumb between the fender and the tire, you have enough room for slick 'growth'.

Based on the pics, the front and rear gaps look fine to me for those tires. Just need to check the inter fenderwells and lip around the edge.
