Plastic fuel lines under car

Plastic fuel lines under car So I decided to move my car from where it's stored in the winter months. It sits in the back yard wrapped up unfortunately until I have a place of my own. The car sunk a bit. Anyways. Trying to rock it out over a small hump of ice, the car bottomed out on one of the lines under the car where the fender mounts. Of course it punctured it and started pissing all over the header on the drivers side. Luckily I noticed it in time.
I'm more then likely going to be replacing it with a stainless relocation kit( speedinc for this?) but for the time being to get the car out and into the garage, can I just splice it with a barb and crimps( not gear clamps) ?
Thanks , just looking for a temporary safe fix to get the car into the garage .
