Woodruff key affect balancing?

I just realized that I forgot to give my machine shop a stock woodruff key for the new forged crank, is this going to affect their balancing job if I install one once I get the parts back?

I installed one with the Fluidampr balancer after balancing. All is well.

No. It's such a small mass and is so close to the centerline of the crank that it will not make a difference.

I used the 1993 vette key. Needed to be massaged a bit but it works. Don't remember the part # though. Got it from the local Cadillac dealer.
