Default NEED HELP NOW!!!! i think the PCM took a **** today tuning!!!!!

i need some input on what people think is going on,

today we were starting to tune for the new automatic, the car all of a sudden stopped priming at key on, then it said no com error and wont reconnect at all. scanner wont connect and nor will CATS.

when key is turned on pump primes for only a split second wont even prime 40 psi then kills. scanner will read at key on for about half a second then shuts off and shows error comunication.

is it the pcm or some type of wiring issue? check all power and ground wires all is good. check ALL fuses and relays, ALL are good.

is there something in the pcm fried and letting other functions work?

no, after we finally got it to take a tune, as soon as we made changes again and tried to reflash a new one it had no communication at all after that.

sounds to me like a bad flash, if i am right there are 2 options AFAIK find someone to remove the flashchip from the pcm and reflash with a chip burner, or replace the computer.

we have had issues in the past with having no communication, and to fix it, we pulled the pcm batt, and lighter fuse and when we put them back in, it would communicate again and have no issues for a while . . . . now this time it did it right away.

well i put a new pcm in it, flashed the first time perfect and much faster . . . .
BUT today we were at it again to finish it up, and boom, dead again . . . .

WTF?!?!?!?!

i have gone over every ground, power wire, im running out of ideas, would a knock module do this? car wont do anything.

i did notice, on the ALDL port the pcm pin seems to look like its spread open farther than the rest? could that be it?

it only loses connection when we are reflashing it, it will lose communication during upload and boom its dead.
