im new here i have a 96 f bird with the lt1 just put headers on it and deleted my cats im having a bad vibration in gear im so lost on what it could be i need some help

Since you just added headers, you might have burned up a plug wire.

i thought about that but i would have a miss fire and i dont it only happens when the car is in drive and stops when its above 3000rpm

Some long tubes touch the floor, i had to clearance underneath for my pacesetter LT's.

Stock motor mounts were probably sagging, you should replace them with new or poly mounts.

will do im guna run up to summit racing its always nice having that place only a block away from the house
