Default Racing a 93 Trans Am

Hey guys, just curious as to who is successfully drag racing a lt1 fbody. Curious as to what suspension upgrades should be done to make the chassis work pretty well. Have a decent motor that should go 6.90s in the 1/8, and would like to set this thing up to be as consistent as possible. Thanks for any help.

You should go to an NHRA race and talk to some of the Stock Eliminator guys. Watch one round of qualifying, you will see what I mean.

Upgrade the rear axle to a 12 bolt. Rear lower controll arms, a good quality torque arm, panhard bar, sway bar, sub-frame connectors, shocks, springs, and some sticky tires
