Tow dolley questions lol I have to tow my car about 156 miles/3 hrs away. It's a t56 trans. My dolleys wheels turn a little so I keep my steering wheel locked correct?? And do I have to unhook my drive shaft thanks!! I'm sure these aren't the usual questions.

Either drain the trans fluid and take the DS off or find a cap to put into the tail shaft so you can keep the fluid in the trans. Regardless, the DS must come off. DO NOT lock the steering wheel and do not try and back up while the car is on the dolly.

Ill just unbolt the DS and ratch strap in to my TA and I read somewhere that if the dolley swivels you lock the steering wheel and if the dolley doesn't swivel you unlock the steering wheel Correct me if I'm wrong but thanks again
