Head plug removal

What size is this plug in the passenger side head? usually i can just use my 3/8s ratchet but i dont know what to remove this with. i dont have a square tool

its just a plug.. in the hole that would be the temp gauge if it were the driver side head. except its empty hole and i need to transfer the plug from head to head. Same kinda of plug that is in a t56 for the drain and fill hole... only smaller. i dont know what to use to remove it

Use a piece of 5/16 square stock and an 8 point (or new universal type) socket.
