QD line sizes on fuel rail?

QD line sizes on fuel rail? Just want to make sure they are 3/8's and 5/16's. I have the speed inc. fuel line kit on it and had the feed side pop off when I fired it up. Saw that russell makes a qd fitting that uses a lock nut and am going to use these instead. Thanks.
