Will a stock lt1 oil pump with a high psi spring be enough to supply the motor and the turbo? Or do I need to go with a bigger pan and a h/o pump?

A HV pump often causes problems with the oilpump drive and has not real benefit unless the engine is going to make HUGE power and you want bearing loose so things don't bind as the block flexes and at that I would probably look at a Titan or the like rather than a spur gear stock style oilpump.
