I drive my ms4 on a daily basis in the summer here. It bucks if you get down below 1500 rpm's in gear but thats the only issue I have. These bigger cams aren't drivetrain friendly as far as longevity but I'm just answering your question.

242/248 110 LSA, 4000 TC, 4l80e and 3.90 gears drives just fine, when properly tuned.

My last truck had a 240ish* comp cam in it. The previous owner installed it, and didn't tune it. It sucked really bad, I didn't keep that truck long. I also drove a friends truck for a little bit that had a comp 244* cam in a 434 small block. It drove pretty good and I kick myself in the *** for not buying that when he offered it to me.

246/254, 108 LSA, 0.640", 385CI, A3...naw, not daily driven.

233/239 cam. No issues when I had it. Drove around with that cam for 3 years.

i dd a 228/232 628/632 112 on my old 5.3 gmc ext cab. it wasnt that bad. i liked it actually.

If the tunes nailed down, it won't be an issue. My C6 has a 228R, 93 has a CC306 driving around the 93 sounds meaner but doesn't drive worse. My 398 has a 254/260/110 LSA cam in it, solid roller. I think that set up should be pretty fun.
