Lt-1 water lines

Lt-1 water lines I am swapping a 95 LT1 into samurai we are changing to a carb. and dist. My question is what do I do with the lines that are supposed to go to the rear of the heads? Can I just hook them together as I've been told?

both heads come together at a T that connects to a tube that runs down the passenger side of the intake back to the front of the engine
