Coolant bleeder valve/high point
A while back i pulled the heater stuff out and only left the T fitting with the bleeder valve on it and enough hose to reach the inlet and outlet on the water pump. I hadnt done the tb bypass at the time so i would just pull it up higher then the tb to bleed . Now im doing the tb bypass with a 96-97 upper rad hose and am not sure what to do with the T bleeder. Should i get a non T bleeder and leave it how it is to bleed properly? Can i throw it away? With no coolant going through the tb the system high point is the rad filler neck with the thermostat housing only a fraction of an inch lower. Is air gonna get trapped there if i try to bleed just leaving the cap off? I see guys who pull the fittings off the water pump and tap and cap em... Where do they bleed?
