Question LT-4 GM Hot Cam Kit

Hope this topic has not been discussed to often. But, I'm Looking for everyone's pro's and con's on the GM LT-4 Hot Cam Kit.

Secondly, what needs too be done to the top part of the engine to support/compliment this cam kit??:co:nfused

It is going in a 1997 Z28 LT-1, 6-speed, 98K miles, 4:11 rear end. Stock motor(except for reflash chip and K&N cold air kit).

Real quick. pro's- it's tried and true. Preforms well and is street/DD friendly.
Con's- better off piecing a kit together yourself. I wouldn't go w/ there springs. Custom grind can net you same manners and a few more HP & TQ..
