Question 95 camaro project

Found a 1995 camaro M6 project for a good price. Rebuilt 355 with 40k miles, mild cam, etc etc. full paperwork. Here's the twist. It's been crashed. needs LH fender, front fascia and hood. Okay, that all can be bought for cheap. My worry is the radiator core support, it's been damaged. is this something that can be fixed, or is it junk? Don't want to spend a bunch of money on a car and then be told it's not repairable.

Anything can be fixed really, just depends on how much you're wanting to spend. How much are they trying to sell it for. If the engine isn't damaged from the crash you could always buy it, then look for a roller and swap what you want into it.

I don't do body work, so I can't give you a direct answer. Hopefully someone else will chime in. If the deal is good enough and you find out the rad support is repairable, then it may be worth it to fix it and try to flip it. Or enjoy it and hot rod it, but I wouldn't expect it to be a show car.

It only costs 1800. originally a Texas car so no rust anywhere. frame is still solid. Rebuilt 355 with cc503 cam and AI heads. rad support is just a little tweaked. could probably fix with a little heat. it needs a left front quarter panel, hood, headlight assy. and bumper. otherwise in great shape. comes with ws6 rims on 225/15 blizzaks.

I say ****** it up quick. As long as the engine and trans are in good shape they are worth more than that alone. If it turns out you can't salvage the car then you have a killer combo to swap into a roller, or something with a bad engine. Then part out the good parts on the wrecked car. At least that's what I'd do!

I would so buy that! Those AI heads alone are near worth that.
