what are a good set of heads i was wondering what are a good set of heads for an lt1.
the only heads i have really checked out so far were the 180cc heads form air flow research.
their flow numbers are 265 intake and 211 exhaust and .600 lift
a friend of mine has a 03 trans am w/ an ls6 in it and we just put stage 2 ls6 heads on it their numbers are 304 intake and 229 exaust at .600 lift.
are their heads that compare to those numbers for the lt1?

Get some race ported AFR 195cc LT4's. The flow numbers AFR reports on their website for these heads are a little low. A good head porter can get 300+ cfm out of these heads.
