Granted the f-body might need more attention to cooling than the b-body but then he could actually check the temps before making decisions.
Far as the tranny temp, was that a 4L60E in that 2010????
I have a small to medium size plate cooler in place of the OEM external b-body cooler and I have to block it in cool weather to keep the tranny temp up.
Temp sender location would matter too, I just go by what is displayed in Datamaster, never bothered to worry about exactly where that one is but seems to me it must be part of the in pan wiring harness.
