Default Fuel line relocation kit?

I need to relocate my fuel lines, because they are just too close to my Y-pipe for comfort.

Is there a kit, or is this another DIY thing?

That looks like just a soft line kit. They get really close where the lines go over the top of the Y. The main issue is where the hard and soft lines connect under the drivers side.

The only "kit" is made by speed inc. and you won't find it advertised on there site. It is something you have to request if they will still make them. Do some more searches and you should find some answers

I use the kit from Fastbird. Since he makes up his own lines I imagine you could figure out where you want to run your lines and measure that distance/length. Contact Fastbird and have some made up.

Later ... Larry S.

Made my own AN lines.
Ran them along the driverside and then up the inner wheel well and through the top.

What size did you use for everything?

I'd like to use as much of the hard lines as possible, but I'm not sure how feasible that is.

I used -6AN for both feed and return.

Factory is 5/16 return and 3/8 feed.
-6AN is .375" or 3/8.

So could I just start it before the y, rather than all the way back from the fuel pump? Does it work like a compression fitting or something? Tell me everything!

What why are you talking about?

The factory fuel lines are a 5/16 and a 3/8 line running soft line from the pump to the body, hard lines along the body to the under the driver door area, soft lines up into the fender well and to the engine.

What I did was run -6AN from the pump, cut the ends off the hard lines off and used 3/8 and 5/16 to 6AN compression fittings, put a inline fuel filter under the rear of the driver door area. Ran the lines up the fender well under the splash guard, cut 2 holes in the corner by the brake booster and ran the lines to the rail and used 6an to 3/8 and 6an to 5/16 GM fuel rail quick disconnects.
