idle surge when car is at temp

idle surge when car is at temp car is a 95 impala ss and i get a mean idle surge when the car hits running temp it feels like it's breaking up and is constant through the rpm band.... i'm thinking maybe ignition control module? any ideas?

Do you have cats on the car? If so let it warm up and crawl under to see if they're glowing. If they are, they're clogged and need to be removed/replaced.
