Default URGENT opti to pcm wire testing

94 firebird formula lt1
As the title states I need to know where to test the wires between the PCM and the test connector on top of the motor.

I have the wiring diagram however I haven't a clue which wiring harness from the PCM to check or which pins go to the opti!

Please help.

Thanks very helpful. The car won't turn over, so any way to test the opti side, for resistance?

I wouldn't be here if it were that simple, don't mean to sound rude.
I'm way further than that, I have 5 dtcs
High res fail
Low res fail
Est open
Est ground
Eprom checksum failure

Car won't turn over because it isn't getting the timing (I assume) so I'm checking the wires along the dtcs it trew at me.
