94 Z28 won't START

94 Z28 won't START Every time I turn the key I hear a click near the starter but that is all. It won't attempt to turn over. The dash will come on(no security light). I have checked the starter, it was good, I replaced clutch and start switches, and I replaced the ICM.

Best way to tell whether or not it is the starter switch in the ignition or on down the path is to jump your starter. To do this you need to jump the two terminals on your starter solenoid. One of the terminals has a purple wire attatched to it while the other one is connected to a + battery lead
It'd be helpful if you mentioned what you did, dear sir. 
Anyway, your problem could most likely be in the ignition switch. Over time the contacts can get worn and in this case, may not be supplying the voltage necessary to engage the starter solenoid. Have you put a volt meter to the purple wire to see what kind of voltage you get when you trigger the ignition?

Basically you need two people to do this. Put the volt meter on DC for Direct Current. Place one lead on the purple wire and the other on ground. Have someone inside the car turn the ignition to the "start" position. Read the voltage. Should be a steady 12 volts.

Hey SS RRR, sorry for not getting back to you earlier. I replaced the Ignition switch and made sure I installed it correctly. I also made sure it was not the clutch safety switch. No help so I checked the purple wire. No juice I exposed all the wires under my dash. I tried to trace the purple wire but no luck. Do you have any advice?
