Again please quote exactly where I said anything bad about the kit.

 

It is damn near impossible to find a "good tuner" for an LT1. And I mean a dyno tune, not a mail order one. The minute you mention LT to a dyno shop down here the answer is no, we dont tune those anymore. If someone has enough cash dumped into their car and wish to dyno tune it, why not put some more into it so its possible to get tuned? My car meant that much to me, so I pulled the trigger and bought one. You and I both know its all about the LS platform now, everyone and their mother has one, and thats where the market is at. Nobody wants to to try and tune an LT1 anymore. Throw a 24x swap on it and they will. The one shop I had mine tuned at had a crowd around it in amazement, the old LS guys had only heard about the swap, never seen one.
