I've been working on a 96 formula that a friend just bought with blown head gaskets. I got the car all back together but the electric fans won't come on. More than likely it is the reason for the failure from the previous owner. All the fuses are good, relays are new, the fans don't come on with the ac engaged. What else can I try?

Disconnect the temp sender at the waterpump, should set a code that turns both fans on.
