Exhaust leak Finally fixing the exhaust leak, a nasty crack in the passenger side manifold:
Guess this is fairly common?
I'm glad to finally get that off of there so I can re-enable my O2 sensors. Mileage has been less than ideal. I just have to make some extensions for them first

I hope by "fixing" you mean putting on some headers! Perfect excuse to...do it! Just don't use the crappy gaskets they come with or you'll have another thread about your leaky exhaust AGAIN

Yeah, in the middle of putting long tubes right now. PITA
I scored some pacesetters and ory with about 500 miles on them. No way was I going to just put a manifold back on it.
Picked up some percy's gaskets.

Picked up some percy's gaskets.
I used the Percy's XX carbon gaskets and they sealed fine, but it was a colossal PITA to remove them a while later. Neither came off in one piece and I had to scrape gasket material off the headers and heads which sucked. I have Felpro gaskets now, no complaints.
