Is this an exhaust manifold leak.... Is this an exhaust manifold leak, or do I have bigger problems? I was changing the oil today, and while under the car I noticed this
I pulled the plug and the threads are dry. What am I in for here?

Is that black residue actually oily? Or just crusty carbon buildup? Rub you finger all over it (that's what she said 
). You could always get some of that Tracer UV Fluorescent Leak Detection Dye for the oil and a blacklight flashlight and eliminate/confirm an oil leak as a cause pretty quickly.
You need headers anyway! Much better sound, easier plug access, +1MPG lol, big hp gains for the money. Just saying...
