Question about 1.6rr with lt4 springs
Plan on running the lt4 valve springs with Comp cam (1416?) 1.6 S/A roller rockers. Since the lift is different from the roller rockers will I need to change the height of the lt4 springs or run the factory height? I'm having a machine shop put the springs and valve seals on for $25. He probably knows the height but its my motor and wanted to make sure. (I havent asked him just wanted to check with you LT1 guys)
Thanks Jeremy

like said before if you're running the stock cam with 1.6 rockers the lt4 springs are dirt cheap and just fine for what your doing with them. just dont expect them to hold up to an aftermarket cam.
I ran the lt4 springs with 1.6 rockers for probably 30,000 miles with the stock cam before i upgraded my engine and heads

The LT4 springs with a HOT cam and 1.6s on an LT1 with it's heavier valves is a poor match. LT4 springs with 1.6 rockers on an LT1 with stock cam is a great budget spring.
