Mayhem Motorsports in my hometown of Raleigh, NC does mine. RPM Motorsports, also here in Raleigh, also still tunes LT1s. I think Tick Performance does LT stuff as well, but I'm not positive about that.

James at Shortuning no longer tunes LTx's.
I forgot about Solomon. He is a very good tuner. Not far from me.
Ion was damn good at LTx tuning.
Long ago when tunes were cheap, I had purchased tunes from both Ion and Herter. I had no actual dyno #'s, but, track times were within .05 of each other. Ions was just rich smelling at idle.
