Default Got my LPP headers!

Shipped Friday and got here today from NC to MN

As you can see the welds have been nicely ground down inside the primaries.
They have a merge spike. All the welds are very clean. The headers came packaged extremely well which always makes me happy =)
They are very nice and I'm so happy to be replacing my shitty ebay headers with these!

Just a few pics for now. Been feeling under the weather the last couple days and trying to get as much rest as possible so I wont be having any installed pictures up until at the latest this weekend, but don't worry there will be install pics soon!

Nice looking headers, those primaries look huge.

So the O2 bungs are on the top of the collector on the drivers header and on the outside of the collector on the passenger side? If so, that seems extremely inconvenient? I take it one can request to have both bungs welded on the insides of the collectors?

They look beautiful.

My drivers side manifold gasket is leaking... i guess it may be an excuse for this.

When is the last time you were under an fbody? All I've ever seen on lt1s is like this. Works fine.

Right. I requested they be on the inside because the harness for the drivers side was routed on the inside and I rerouted the passenger side to keep the harness from being too close to the primaries.

My ebay headers have the bungs just like this. Never had any problems with that feature of those headers unlike most every other thing about them lol. Don't need to remove the drivers side o2 when installing or removing headers unlike the side mounted one that will hit the ground with my front end on jack stands as high as they go..
I thought everyone with longtubes had to do some rerouting of their harnesses?? Don't see what's the big deal with rerouting the harnesses that you now have complete access to with plenty of room to work because the exhaust is removed. Loop the 02 harness behind a heat shield and call it a day. Takes a couple minutes max and then you never have to deal with it again. Not a big deal man.

I have had my LPP LTs on for three years now they are great, both my bungs are on the inside, only issue I had installing them was header bolts with 5/16 heads to allow room enough to get a wrench on them.

Never said it was a big deal. The question marks express whether or not it is an inconvenience since having them on the inside of the collectors makes for extremely easy access. The only rerouting I did was the passenger side wire cluster that, instead of going on the outside of the header, next to the primaries, went between numbers 2 and 4 primaries, through the engine mount and back. That way those wires have all the clearance in the world. On the drivers side I tucked what I believe was the cruise control cable behind the heat shield.
I've never had to remove drivers side O2 when removing the header, and even if that was necessary, as you say, it's no big deal.
