How many knock sensors does a 95 LT1 have?

F-body cars have 1. B/D-body cars have 2 along with the Corvettes.

Thanks cat. My tune is set to 2 sensors, that could be where my phantom knock is coming from? I will change it and see.

How is that so? You car should only have 1 as stated above.

My LS1 PCM is out of a truck with a mail order tune and it was set to 2.
I switch it to 1 and flashed it, but I stll have the phantom Knock Retard.

any ideas?

Ah..I see. I didnt know you swapped to a ls pcm. In that case I would throw in some unleaded race gas and see if the knock is still there. If it goes away then you know the knock is real. If its still there more then likely its false knock.
