EWP going out?
EWP going out? So my meziere HD EWP is leaking coolant from the weep hole on the bottom of the electric water pump,not the hole on the stock pump housing..So Im just wanting to make sure this means the EWP is on its way out.
So I'm trying to remove my electric water pump to send it in to Meziere for repairs but I can't seem to get the ewp off..i took all 6 bolts out and keep pulling on the ewp but I can't get it to separate from the housing..anyone know why it might be doing this or do I have to remove the whole water pump housing to get the ewp off?
Well tapping around it with a rubber mallet did the trick,but I have a question..Does the seal that was on the front of the water pump housing that mated up with the ewp come with the ewp or do I need to order another? I wouldn't know since I bought my ewp used already mated to the housing.

I have had a spare in the trunk for about 12 years now, so far have not needed it but assume I will someday and that swap would be a 10 min job.
