Default Spark Plug question

I have a friend building a 383 Stroker using the Edelbrock 2096 Top end kit. Compression is going to be at 9.5:1. going in a Street car with a built 700R4

Whats a good spark plug to run on this setup?

Oh Lord..........is this an LT1?
With "Edelbrock 2096 Top end kit. Compression is going to be at 9.5:1", he might as well just go buy plugs from his lawn mower store.

Probably be a 315rwhp monster.

+1 on running pretty much any spark plug, doesn't even matter if its clean or gapped properly since the car likely won't be tuned either.

Yarp my bad! Not too familiar with these older setups. Can I get a MOD to move this to the Gen I smallblock section?

Regardless of Gen 1 or Gen 2, we'd still need to know what use the engine will get, power output, extended? high power use, etc. Tapered seat or flat gasket plug?
