The idle is normal upon start the more it warms up the less it drops I also noticed the bettery level drops also, when I'm at a green light idle also lags and when I press on the peddle it chokes a little and goes back to normal I dont know what's going on please help

 

Step 1 is to scan the PCM to find out what is going on....are there any codes or "service engine soon" light? Modifications?
