Default no power

Just picked up a 95 z28 the that has lt4 intake on it with full bolt on's with a small cam. It has a 700r4 in it. The car has been in storage for the last 5 years so when we got it to the shop we drained the tank and put new gas in it changed the oil and got it fired up.. have put about 100 miles on it now and when I get on it from a dig it does good in first but when it shifts it falls on its face and is just a pig. I've checked the timing and fuel pressure and now I'm at a lost of what it could be that's causing it to be so weak. It runs fine at normal driving.

Have you checked the fuel pressure while under a load?
Ie......tape a gage to the windshield and watch it as it falls on its face.

Did someone put the 700R4 in it or do you mean 4L60E?
Any idea on gears or converter?

I hope that a T/V cable was put on with the 700R4 swap or you will burn that thing up fast.

Is it tuned? What cam? Lt4 intake offers no performance over an lt1 intake, are you sure it's not just a painted red lt1 intake?
