Which converter for my CC503
I'm about to start my build (currently looking for the stall and the cc503) and I know I will either go with the yank or the vig. Didn't know if I should go with the 3600 or opt for the 3200. With a stock head, cam only lt1, would the ss3600 be about right or overkill on the setup? Car is a street driven weekend car. Let's hear opinions.

For a street driven weekend cammed LT1, I think the SS3600 is just about perfect. If that last tenth in track performance isn't a priority, I'd also consider the Yank PAS3400 (formerly a custom version of the SS3600); it drives just a bit tighter than the standard SS3600, flashes the same, and just a tad more rpm drop on the shift.
If you go Vig, I'd limit it to a 3400 stall; they drive looser.
I drove a PAS3400 for years in my 2WD pickup and found it no less friendly on slick winter roads than the stock TC that's back in it now.

Well I guess that covers it, thanks guys! Guess while I'm here, I haven't ordered the cc503 yet, but considering the cost difference, is it worth the extra money on a CAM ONLY lt1 to go with an AI or LE custom grind? Or just a small difference? I know the 503 is a good cam only off the shelf. Now I know this answer would be much different if I was going with a nice set of heads and further mods. But with cam/ stall & full bolt ons, will the 503 satisfy enough?
