Default LT1 Cam Swap Tear Down

Hey guys I've begun tearing down my 94' LT1 in prep for a decent CC503 cam swap. I come here today to ask about a stock replacement timing chain. I know some people have had stock chains last hundreds of thousands of miles, but my odo is at 112k and I don't want to chance ANYTHING on this swap. I already swapped my opti for a non-vented MSD replacement so I know the LT4 HD chains are out. I have a full list of upgrades for rockers, studs, springs etc. My concern here is the timing chain; where do you guys go to get a OE replacement set with sprockets etc. I checked gmpartsdirect but I am not 100% what parts I need. Any help would be appreciated!

I would call Cloyes: 479-646-1662. Talk to Mike x228.
Cloyes makes the GM sets, but they also have their own part numbers which fit tighter than the GM parts, which were designed with slop to facilitate assembly line operations.

The MSD base is no upgrade, and hell the LT4 timing set isn't either. Maybe give us a more complete list of parts you are using since you apparently have been finding a lot of questionable info so far.
