Default anyone ran/run a Crankcase evacuation system?

Im planning on running one. questions is. Where can you put the nipples that go in the exhasut where they clear, also assuming they need to be after the O2 sensors. Also with this can I do away with the PCV valve? Im assuming so. any experience or advice, Thanks

do not run them if u have mufflers or a catback system. it will suck oil out. they r ment for open headers/through mufflers (bullets)

Say what?

Open headers would give you the highest velocity of exhaust charge, which means the highest vacuum on catch can. Any recommendation to say don't run mufflers is cause they will either impeded the minimal amount of vac you would get, or fill up with crap from the catch can, oil etc.

Pull the pan evac lines from the engine through a catch can and regularly drain it if you wanna avoid oil/crap getting into exhaust.

With the evac set up, a fully open header exhaust works best as it produces the highest velocity exhaust charge, thus pulling the most vacuum. .. it still works great with bullets right off the collector

I've only seen and ran these set ups on carburated motors but it makes Perfect sense as to running them after the oxygen sensor because you would be introducing fresh air into the exhaust charge which the 02s would see and that would richen everything.

Yes no PCV valve

We ran this set up on a open header 461" Olds spinning 6000 rpm threw the traps and it netted around 3" of vacuum. The Olds motor had small oil leaks threw the Pan gasket. Running the evac kit completely got rid of the oil leaks.

I figured it would stop some minor oil leaks. I never intended to run one of these, however I bought a set of moroso valve cover a few years ago and the setup came with it.
