Default I need help with my small block 350

I have a 97 c3500 silverado with a 5.7 350 and I wanted to put an all aluminum intake on it, but my problem is that I can only find intakes that are for tbi and carburetors while mine is fuel injected. So my main question becomes where can I find an intake to fit the vortec heads or can LS1 heads fit on a cast iron block? because if so I'd rather just swap to the aluminum heads and get an intake for that.

I wonder if the TPI L98 intake would work? No the LSx intakes will not work. Completely different port locations.

My question to you is why? And what are your goals? The stock vortec intake IS aluminum on the lower plenum and has a composite upper plenum. There isn't many mods that can be done to the stock fuel injection setup on a vortec 5.7. If you want a completely different intake and fuel injection setup, it HAS to be for vortec heads. The iron vortec heads are decent as is for a budget setup. And no, the LS motor is a completely different motor, the ONLY interchangeable part are lifters.

The only thing that comes to mind is the Edelbrock 29135 but that's for race cars.
