Help! Need T56 Clutch Fork
Just seen your response to that form and I was trying to get going on a clutch Fork I don't need the whole T56 know if you want to sell me the clutch fork for $100 I'll buy it
like anything else in the market place...supply & demand. There is no more supply and demand is still there so the $ will keep going up.
Like the LT4 KM for example.
that and a LT1 clutch fork can fetch $300 from someone who has to have it
Not saying I agree with these $...but stating if someone has something someone else really wants and can't get anywhere else....sky is the limit of the sell $
Because of the scarcity of the forks, I'm not willing to separate it. best I could do is $400 plus the ride for the entire assy.
I was lucky enough to score a near perfect one with the bolt about 3 years ago and now seeing how hard they are to come by it will take some decent money to get it off my hands, not what Hawks wants but still in the hundreds.
Well that's cool man let me know what you're talking about money-wise cuz really trying to not go over the 150 mark I know hard to come by right now trying not to get raped on one if you know what I mean just hit me back and let me know what you what you want to do
Seems like it can be done for those wanting to put an LT1 T56 behind an LS1:

but the reverse is just as hard, maybe harder. Here's an old post with some visual reference for the differences:

I'm thinking the bellhousing is the toughest part to make work. IDK. Tick makes one:
