LT1 383 Stroker HP Question!!!!!!!
OP, stop being *** hurt. You provided little information. The difference between a 300HP 383 and a 500HP 383 is in the details. Cam specs as typically given (xxx/xxx duration, xxx/xxx lift, xxx LSA) are better than what you provided, and those are actually not very detailed either. Head flow DOES matter and that is tied to BRAND. Cross section vs flow isn't linear, and it's even less so in complex shapes like intake and exhaust ports.
How much horsepower? If your last 355 (of which you provided NO details of, which is important) is what you started with to make your 383, and you stepped up the cam, increase CR and tightened quench, plus had a decent tune done, if you did it RIGHT and it doesn't ping, I'll guess right around 400rwhp. That extra stroke is worth about 20-30hp (BMEP for a 355 at 360rwhp is roughly 10.6 bar, throw in the added stroke and the BMEP -assuming nothing else changes and the engine likes it- increases about 7% so about 11.342 bar or 382 rwhp, a 22hp jump). But there's more to it than static SCR's vs stroke vs HP. You have velocities and flow plus DCR, so done right you could gain 30rwhp with the same cam and heads: IF your cam and heads are good with the SCR/DCR of a 383 build.

Take it to the track and tell us what it traps or strap it to a dyno instead of looking for participation trophies and pats on the back. You didn't give any real information, yet you say we don't know as much as you.
