LE cam choice???
If your goals are just mid 12s start with the driver mod and traction, then go with the bigger cam. Power shift it at 6300 next time out, and bog it from 2000rpm to help your 60s. Go through the water box ONLY if there is not standing water, otherwise go around it (on street tires). Bring it up to 2000, let the clutch out a touch just to put easy force on the ring and pinion, then smash the throttle as you dump it and it will bog, and the torque will pull you out to a nice 1.8-1.9 60'. If you are higher than 2000 it will spin or burn the clutch for a second and not apply smooth power to the tires. It's 1 fluid motion, feel the pinion hit the ring gear so you don't shock the ring and pinion or the tires, and then dump and floor it. Then no lift shift at 6300 and don't miss a gear. You put a little bit of force on the shifter before you stab the clutch, and then stab the clutch and you'll feel the shifter "release" and you slam the next gear and retract your leg immediately. Even at full weight I was doing 8.1-8.2 in the 1/8th at 87 on sumikomos, you can do it. Then step up to that cam and trap 114ish and low low 12s, maybe 11s.

Thanks for the helpful driving tips. I would kill to get a 1.9 60ft time. I have bf goodrich comp 2's on the rear now. When I was getting 2.2 60ft's it was with bald worn out tires. If I could get a 1.9 that would bring me from a 14.2 to a 13.9 at least. My 1/8 mile was horrible I would only trap 79mph then pull hard in the big end and end up trapping 101. My car actually had a faster second half of the 1/4 mile than my brothers g8 gt which ran a 13.5 @ 103. My car def pulls hard in 3rd gear. Just need that driver mod!:That was my first time ever driving at the strip.
