I just had to bump this.... I had to register under another name but this is Jason Brisson..... OutlawZ from California...... I battled with this dumb Texas ************ for years until my **** blew up and I got divorced.... Tony deserves this record and they should put him in the LT1 Hall of Fame..... Congrats Tony....
I parted out my car after an ugly divorce... I still have a few pieces of the motor and what not to remind me.....

That’s not so bad either! The divorce thing has Always scared me to death, I don’t do well with drama or change but some things just are what they are. Hope you’ve gotten settled Again brotha, you can always build another LTX car. As for Tony, well he’s turbo now but I’m sure he taught a lot of lessons to LTX guys using nitrous!

Yeah Divorce for me got scary because my ex started looking for my big envelope of receipts for everything on the camaro.... And was gonna claim in court she wants half of what the camaro is worth.... So NOOOOOPE. Not gonna stretch that bullshit into my life.... So I started parting it out.... I made probably close to 25-30K back in parts... Sold the entire chassis to someone who had wrecked his drag car. So it will remain a drag car.... Someday if I see the chassis I'll buy it back.....

I do because I use them for reference. With a receipt I know where I got a specific part from and typically I have the correct part number all over again if I need to replace a part. It's not about the money I've spent, it's about making life easier if I need to replace something or if someone else needs help with a part.

Good to hear from you Jason. I held that record for a long time but it now belongs to Carlos. I have gone turbo and just put down right at 1500rwhp still lots left in it. Still LT1.
