Sump fueling question
Whats up?
So im going with a sump fuel setup over the winter, mainly with the ease of being able to grow in size and making it a easy swap to go to a larger pump. But anyways, Im wanting to know has this been done or can it be done.......
Im wanting to keep my intank pump for the sole purpose of a fuel level reader. I know it can be rather difficult to tell how much fuel remains with a sump setup. I am horrible at wiring but I'd rather like to know is this even possible to do. So the question is "Can I keep my in-tank pump as a fuel level reader?"
Thanks for any info!

Yup, leave it all alone, hell ,leave the OEM pump in there if you want. Cap the lines and leave a vent line to a breather.
I ran a line from PCM to a large solenoid/relay for fuel pump in trunk. 10awg and less than a few feet of it. At some point I should add in a fuse to the circuit.
