I just finished reading what all was said I understand everything is costly for parts and other stuff but it's a process so would a heads and cam swap and long tubes headers to much it's has a 186 thousand miles on it now or should I do a full rebuild since it leaks oil

186k mi on the stock bottom end....and adding H/C is not something I would do without at least doing bearings (rod, crank, cam), cyl hone & new rings and having the rods re-sized with ARP fasteners. This requires a complete motor tear down

The new head and cam mod will tax a 20 year old stock worn motor

I would do a rebuild on one with that kind of mileage and do the heads/cam swap at the same time.
