2016 LTX shootout
#4
Oooooooo its gonna be close for me lol! I was planning on going to the last one but way too much came up and I haven't been able to touch the car. I do have everything to get my car running but the rear end and wiring harness...but just no time to work on it.
I'm moving next month, my wedding is the month after that, sisters wedding a few states away 3 months after that, THEN I can start putting the new motor in. That leaves ~3 months to finish car, dial it in, and go across the country to the shootout.
Hmmm......

A trip To Kentucky is no where near as fun as a trip to Hawaii but there is some stuff to do. Corvette plant and museum. nashville is about 45 minutes away as well.

It may be time to blow the dust off the old girl...change a couple of things, and get her dirty.

Yeah Hawaii is cool, but it is a trip for my graduating college after procrastinating my whole military career. I would rather be around race has and burnt rubber though since I lived there for 6 years when my dad was in the marine corps.

I will be there again racing to keep the True Street crown and pulling for another good run in Extreme Street N/A. It is worth the trip if you are even thinking about checking it out. If your car isn't ready just come down to hang out with the crowd and you will be back with car in tow for future events.
We are currently getting the new website set up and will post the classes and rules as soon as the site is ready. Keep an eye on Facebook for updates on that in the next 1-2 weeks. The host hotel will be the same Holiday Inn as in years past. The block of rooms have been set up and we will post a link when the new site is up.
We look forward to seeing everyone in Bowling Green this year!

The turbo car goes to the fabricator soon to get my turbo kit fixed again since the jack *** that made it hacked one of the headers pretty good.
So as long as I can get that ironed out and start tunning I should be able to swing it for the first time I hope.
