lt1 swap wiring question

lt1 swap wiring question I'm using a stock 96 c4 lt1 wire harness that was rewired from Lt1 wiring(looks awesome). Question/issue is how do I find the wires on the 80 corvette and match them to the lt1 diagram to get the pcm to run?

Wiring is not my thing, any advise would be helpful. I also have to wire up the c3 alternator wires to the c4 alternator. Any advise here? Searched the net and it confused me since I'm not a wiring pro. I know there are 2 different ways to configure it
