LT1 Turbo Idea

LT1 Turbo Idea So I was looking at the 550 HP CXracing turbo kit for the LS1 fbodies and I had an idea. Would it be possible to spin the stock manifolds on the LT1 around and with some extensions use them in the place of the LS1 headers in the kit? Are the LT1 and LS1 similar enough in width and height?
With enough thought and fabrication, anything can be done. With that said unless you have the free time, skill, and tools you'll be much better served by buying a kit designed for the car.

Nah man, I heard you could Turbo it for $300 with OEM reliability......
Seriously though, that kit ShowNoMercy posted is nice! Definitely get something made for the LT1, less headaches and less guessing.
