Default Can I use this flpro gasket with ported stock LT1 castings

Can I use this felpro gasket?

"For small chambered aluminum race heads: Pre-Flattened Steel
Bore: 4.080''
Compressed Thickness: .039''

The usual 1074 gasket is the same thickness however the bore size is 4.125 on that on. I dont like a lot of dead space left by the gasket around the cylinders, is there any reason I couldnt use this, besides it making the compresion a bit higher?

How about ya finish my car and then I'll quit hijacking this thread, deal??

Wish I could help answer your question though. If this helps, my new head gaskets are the Fel-Pro ones, but I don't believe they're the same that you're questioning on.

I say, "Why not?" Depends on what your definition of "small chamber" is though.
