The trick flow looks to be nice....I have the vortech one. I had to trim a bit off it cuz of my moroso CAI....no big deal...its very smooth and shiney too. Also you have to thread that stupid sensor thats right there too....kind of a PITA...but I like it...

Trick flow is very nice, and for the price of the 1LE, you might as well go to the trick flow

Maybe like 1 CFM. I might get one so I can easily thread a couple nitrous nozzles in.

You won't get **** out of it. Don't go believing something so cheap could give you power- only nitrous does that People mainly pick intake elbows based on two things-

1) Looks
2) How easy a nitrous nozzle can be fabbed into one

trick flow and vortech and fine if you want to put nitrous on or your car is blown, other than that i would say the 1le is the way to go because it will not soak up so much heat...there like a hot air intake after about 10 min. however they do last longer and look better, by the way i have the vortech

i got the vortech tube, dought it gives any hp but looks very nice. i didnt have to cut anything. as for the heat soaking i havnt had any problems its actually warm to the touch even when iv been driving in traffic(and i live in s. tx) the tube is not hot, prob cause air is constantly flowing. BUT when i shut of the car thats when it gets hot. when i turn it on again if its still hot it take about 10 min to cool of again.

I know this is OLD BUT I did a search!

I want to ask a few questions please.
Which of the 2 elbows is thinker?
Is the Trick flow steal and the vortec Aluminum?
Does anyone know how long each elbow is after the bend?
ALSO the divider on the trick flow - HOW far back does it go in from the face?
Is there a Hole on the side of the Vortec and what is it for? I cant see that spot from the pics I have seen of it?

I know that's a LOT of Questions BUT I wana get one tomorrow and I am hoping you guys can help me out? Thanks a lot, Ark
